Creativa was founded by Gionatan Tarchi in 2016 after realizing the lack of a specialized importer and distributor in the South Korean Ho.Re.Ca. market.
Creativa specializes in sourcing all edible truffles,
mostly from the central regions of Italy, with the Umbria region being our primary source.
We are not solely focused on providing the best truffles, but also on ensuring that we never run out of this delicate and rare product. Our customers can always rely on us to have fresh truffles available to enhance their dishes.
Depending on the concept of each restaurant, we can advise and provide appropriate consulting on which truffles to use and how to incorporate them into your cuisine.
Truffles, due to their rarity, are very difficult items to deal with.
